www.svetkusajutas.lv (hereafter referred to as the "Website") is owned and operated by TipiTipa (hereafter referred to as the "Company"), registration number LV42103066066, legal address Vidus iela 30, Jelgava, LV-3008, Latvia.

All website content is the property of the Company. Any reproduction or use of the content must be approved by the Company. All rights reserved.

To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, we have outlined a Distance Contract (see below) detailing the terms of our cooperation.

Distance contract

This contract is concluded between TipiTipa (registration number LV42103066066, legal address Vidus iela 30, Jelgava, LV-3008), hereafter referred to as the “Seller,” and the person placing an order on the Website, hereafter referred to as the “Buyer.”

1. General Provisions

• The Seller agrees to sell and/or custom-make and deliver goods to the Buyer as per the order placed via the Website.

• Each product includes a description of its materials, packaging, and delivery method. The Seller reserves the right to modify product details without prior notice.

• If an ordered item is unavailable or a delivery issue arises, the Seller will inform the Buyer within 1 business day.

• Product colors may slightly differ from those displayed due to screen settings.

• Prices are indicated separately for each product. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without notice.

2. Ordering

• To place a custom order, the Buyer must fill out the order form, after which the Seller will contact the Buyer within 1 business day. Alternatively, the Buyer can contact the Seller directly at +371 20589294. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

• To make changes to an order, the Buyer must immediately contact the Seller via phone or email.

• By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the product description, care instructions, and all relevant information. If certain details are missing, the Buyer may request written confirmation from the Seller.

• Questions about products or orders can be addressed to the Seller by calling +371 20589294 or emailing info@svetkusajutas.lv.

• Custom orders are only initiated after 100% prepayment. Production time is up to 8 business days after payment is received. This timeframe excludes photo sending and delivery.

• Custom-made products are non-returnable.

3. Payment

• After placing an order, the Buyer will receive an invoice by email with company details and order information.

• The invoice is generated electronically and is valid without a signature.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online banking.

• The Buyer is responsible for covering any bank transfer fees or service charges.

• Payments are processed via makecommerce.lv. Necessary personal data is securely transferred to Maksekeskus AS for payment processing.

• The Seller begins order fulfillment only after the payment is received in full.

Cash payment options:

• Available in person at the workshop (Dobeles iela 62A, Jelgava) upon pickup, but only for ready-made items.

• Cash on delivery or card payment is available only via Express Mail courier service. This must be selected during checkout.

4. Shipping

• The Seller delivers orders according to the Buyer’s selected delivery method.

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment. If more time is needed, the Seller will notify the Buyer.

• In urgent cases, the Buyer may request faster shipping or pickup, and the Seller will confirm available options.

Delivery options:

• OMNIVA / DPD parcel locker – €3 (for parcels within locker dimensions)

• Express Mail courier within Latvia – €9 (door-to-door)

• Courier within the EU (UPS, DPD, DHL, EMS, etc.) – price upon agreement

• Courier outside the EU (UPS, DHL, DPD, EMS, etc.) – price upon agreement

• Free pickup from the workshop: Dobeles iela 62A, Jelgava, LV-3001

If the Buyer wishes to use another delivery method, this must be agreed upon in advance.

In case of delays in order preparation, the Seller will inform the Buyer without delay.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the chosen delivery provider (e.g., Omniva, Express Mail, DPD).

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

• The item is unused

• It is in original packaging, with all labels and parts intact

• It is not stained, wrinkled, or otherwise damaged

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs due to withdrawal are covered by the Buyer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received.

If the Buyer requested custom changes to the item, it is considered a custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged (Cabinet Regulation No. 255, Section 22).

For exchanges, the Buyer covers the cost of reshipping. A new invoice is issued based on the selected delivery method. Exchanges can also be made free of charge in person at Dobeles iela 62A, Jelgava, LV-3001.

6. Privacy

• We guarantee that your private data (name, address, phone number, email, etc.) will not be shared with third parties unless legally required by authorities.

• The Seller may collect personal data (name, address, email, phone, etc.) for order processing, accounting, and delivery.

• Our accounting is handled by Inese Meisa, who has access to personal data solely for legal bookkeeping purposes.

• Buyer data is stored securely on the website platform, on the Seller’s computer, and in the info@svetkusajutas.lv inbox, with access protected by a secure password.

• Data is retained for 5 years.

• The Buyer has the right to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of their data at any time. Consent to data processing can also be withdrawn.

We respect your privacy and will never use your information in ways that compromise it.
