Shipping policy
The Seller delivers orders to the Buyer according to the delivery method selected by the Buyer.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment. If additional time is required to prepare the order, the Seller will notify the Buyer.
In urgent cases, if the Buyer needs faster dispatch or pickup, the Buyer must inform the Seller to agree on possible expedited options.
Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method. Available delivery options include:

Parcel lockers (OMNIVA and DPD) – €3 (for parcels that fit the locker dimensions)

Courier within Latvia via Express Mail – €9 (door-to-door delivery)

Courier within the EU (UPS, DPD, DHL, EMS, etc.) – price upon agreement

Courier outside the EU (UPS, DHL, DPD, EMS, etc.) – price upon agreement

Free pickup from our workshop at Dobeles iela 62A, Jelgava, LV-3001
If the Buyer wishes to use a different delivery method, it must be agreed upon with the Seller in advance.
In case of a delay in order preparation, the Seller will immediately inform the Buyer.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service selected by the Buyer (such as Omniva, Express Mail, DPD, etc.).
