Refund policy

The Seller delivers orders according to the delivery method selected by the Buyer.

Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment. If additional preparation time is needed, the Seller will inform the Buyer accordingly.

In urgent cases, the Buyer can request faster shipping or pickup, and the Seller will confirm the available options.

Delivery ccosts depend on the selected delivery method. Available options include:

• Omniva or DPD parcel lockers – €3 (only for parcels that fit the locker size)
• Courier within Latvia (Express Mail) – €9 (door-to-door delivery)
• Courier delivery within the EU (UPS, DPD, DHL, EMS, etc.) – price upon agreement
• Courier delivery outside the EU (UPS, DHL, DPD, EMS, etc.) – price upon agreement
• Free pickup at our workshop: Dobeles iela 62A, Jelgava, LV-3001

If the Buyer wishes to use another delivery method, it must be agreed upon with the Seller in advance.

In case of delays in order preparation, the Seller will immediately notify the Buyer.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services (Omniva, DPD, Express Mail, etc.).

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the order if:

• The item has not been used
• It is returned in original packaging with original tags and full set of components
• It is not dirty, wrinkled, or damaged in any way

Custom-made or personalized orders are non-refundable.

The Buyer covers the cost of return shipping if the return is based on withdrawal rights.

The Seller will issue a refund to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If the Buyer has requested custom modifications, the item is considered made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged (Regulation No. 255, Clause 22).

In case of an exchange, the Buyer covers the cost of reshipping the new item. A new invoice for delivery will be issued according to the chosen delivery method.
