Product information & custom orders
Do you also make custom orders?
Yes, we do! You can get all the information about individual orders by clicking here .
What is the production time for individual orders?
If the materials are on site – up to 6 working days. If the order includes multiple items – up to 10 working days.
Is developing custom designs more expensive?
Yes, depending on the complexity of the design and the size of the order.
Can I order the “Cloud Blanket” rug separately from you?
Yes, you can purchase existing designs or have them custom made.
Tent quality & use
Are the tents stable?
Yes! Each wigwam is equipped with a stabilizer, which ensures safety even during active play. The weight of the structure is ~2 kg.
Can wigwams/tents be sent by parcel machine?
No, only by courier, for example, expresspasts.lv, because the goods are bulky.
Orders & delivery
When will I receive my order?
Items are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Is it possible to purchase the product with post-payment?
We offer this option only to municipal institutions. For example, state kindergartens, schools, social centers, etc.
Do you ship goods abroad?
Yes, we ship to both Europe and other countries around the world. For shipping costs, please contact:

Does "Sold Out" mean that an item cannot be ordered?
No – it is possible to order an identical design upon request.
Payments, discounts & gift cards
Do you offer a discount with the “Family 3+” card?
Yes, for families with many children – 7% discount (excluding promotional items and delivery).
Are gift cards available?
Yes, digital gift cards can be purchased directly in the store. The recipient will receive them via email.
Can a gift card be used multiple times?
Yes, until the full amount is used.
Returns & shipping issues
Can I return the product?
All items are made to order, so returns are not offered except in cases of damage.
What to do if an order is damaged, lost or stolen?

My shipment tracking is not working – what should I do?
Sometimes tracking starts working within 1-2 days. If it doesn't, please write to us.

Can I view the products in person?
Yes, in our workshop: Dobeles Street 62A, Jelgava .
Do you cooperate with other stores in Latvia?
No, only direct sales from our workshop or through this online store.
